The Hyman M. Perlo Studio and Brookland Artspace Lofts Studio are available to rent for rehearsals and meetings. Studios are equipped with a marley floor, sound system and access to bathrooms. Please check our Performances & Events and Adults & Kids on the Move class calendar to confirm that your rental request does not interfere with our programming.

The rates for both on-site studios are as follows:
Monday-Friday 9am-10pm: $25/hour
ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday: $30/hour
*2 week minimum advance notice required*
Need a bigger space? Rehearsals can also be held off-site at the Edgewood Arts Center (pictured below). Email studiorentals@danceplace.org for rates!
