The Hyman M. Perlo Studio and Brookland Artspace Lofts Studio are available to rent for rehearsals and meetings. Studios are equipped with a marley floor, sound system and access to bathrooms.
Dance Place is fully booked for December 2024.
We are currently accepting reservation requests starting January 6, 2025.

The rates for both on-site studios are as follows:
Monday-Friday 9am-10pm: $25/hour
ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday: $30/hour
*2 week minimum advance notice required*
Need a bigger space? Rehearsals can also be held off-site at the Edgewood Arts Center (pictured below). Email studiorentals@danceplace.org for rates!
