NEXTgeneration Youth Programs help young people realize the creative possibilities in their lives with performances, dance instruction, academic enrichment, life skills and job training. The Energizers Junior Staff program is a teenage leadership afterschool program offering job training interwoven with the arts and life skills. Participants will work and learn about the performing arts all while getting paid. 

Our Junior Staff program currently takes place virtually. Each Junior Staffer has a weekly Monday meeting and an art centered elective class as well as one work-shift during the week with various Dance Place staff and community members.
