The Kennedy Center, in collaboration with Dance Place and The Merce Cunningham Trust, will be offering two weeks of professional-level Cunningham Technique classes taught by Merce Cunningham Trust stager Jamie Scott. Classes will progress from day to day. Registering for the entire two weeks is recommended, though individual sign-ups will be allowed. Limited space available! Professional-level dancers only.

These classes are offered as part of a larger project with select local dancers that will culminate in a MinEvent performance at Dance Place on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28. For more information about the performance, visit Dance Place’s website.
All classes run 10-11:30am at the Kennedy Center. Please check-in for class by 9:45am in the Hall of Nations. Anyone who arrives after class start will not be permitted to take the class.
