Strut your stuff with Rainbow Poles! Calling all LGBTQ+ people ages 50+ who want to get in shape, have fun and express your inner-dancer. Learn this fun, dance-rich movement with Deborah Riley, Director Emerita of Dance Place and be a part of Rainbow Poles. The workshops are safe for all bodies and abilities.
Deborah is a life-long dance artist, practitioner of Laban Movement Analysis and creator of this fun movement form. In these workshops, engage your body and mind, using a colorful pole as a tool for line, shape and balance.
