Dance Place is happy to present a two-part workshop with Charles O. Anderson, head of the University of Texas at Austin’s dance program and artistic director of dance theatre X, the critically acclaimed afro-contemporary dance-theatre company. Charles will lead a technique class followed by a workshop focusing on his choreography in preparation for presentation of his work, (RE)CURRENT UNREST, in Dance Place’s 2020-2021 season. Workshop participants may be considered for local collaborator roles in the Presentation, scheduled for Fall 2020.
