Dance Place, Washington DC’s most prolific dance venue, seeks an Audio/Visual Technician. Experience with digital sound consoles and projection technology is a must. Intermediate/advanced live sound mixing skills, sound design/composition, and familiarity with Qlab preferred. Strong audio trouble shooting and repair skills required. Applicant must be willing to assist with general load-in, carpentry, and electrics on a regular basis. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required. This is a 34-hour per week, year-round position with benefits.
